All orders are shipped from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and the shipping carrier will be determined depending on the final destination. It is the responsibility of the customers to know the domestic importation requirements/laws of their country. We reserve the right to implement a minimum order requirement. All shipping charges will be predetermined before any orders are complete and are to be pre-paid by the client prior to shipping unless otherwise agreed upon.

All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, International money orders, Cashiers checks, and Personal checks. Once payment is confirmed and personal checks have cleared we will arrange shipment. We will accept deposits only for a period not to exceed 30 days. At this time the balance must be settled in full and if it is not the deposit is forfeited unless alternate arrangements have been agreed on.

We guarantee our animals Live Arrival and in good health. If, in the unfortunate event, the animal arrives dead or unhealthy - we will replace the animal or provide a refund.

If there are any concerns or problems regarding your animal/s, we must be notified within the first 48 hours of arrival for the guarantee to be in effect. We will work with you to try and troubleshoot any problems.Tracking numbers will be sent when animals are shipped, however, Doc Serpent Collections Sdn Bhd is NOT responsible for lost or held up packages.

The sex of the animal is guaranteed (within 60 days).

Deposits are non-refundable. If you have concerns about our guarantee we can make special arrangements to satisfy almost any requests (prior to purchase).
